COLLABORATIVE LAW
We specialize in Collaborative Family Law, a fair and respectful problem solving process.
In the collaborative process we will work together to help you transition. Distinct from traditional procedures, the collaborative process works to:
-
Resolve issues through balanced problem solving.
-
Encourage open conversation and informed decisions.
-
Protect the needs of each party and achieve a reasonable, balanced solution.
This process focuses on discovering common interests that are valuable to both parties and working together to find a solution that both parties are satisfied with. For example, you may want to be sure that your children have enough money to attend university. We will consult together to resolve your separation in a way that creates a secure future for your children. As we work from common interests, the collaborative process allows you to separate with dignity and respect.
Sid J. Kobewka is a Registered Collaborative Family Lawyer and we will work with you and adapt the process to your needs.
